- Information You provide to enter a contest or sweepstakes. If You win, we may need to collect your postal address and/or national identification to confirm eligibility, deliver prizes, and for tax purposes.
Please note: Purchases of virtual goods offered by the Services are handled by third parties, therefore, Wildfire does not have access to your payment details or billing information.
1.2 Information Provided by Third Parties
By signing up for our products via third-party platforms, You consent to provide us with your account information for the third-party platforms, allowing us to create a Wildfire Account for You. A Wildfire Account is required to use Wildfire products on these platforms. We may receive your personal information from the third parties, which You have provided to them, such as your name, email address, online ID, country, etc. We do not receive your credit card number or other financial details.
Such third parties/platforms include but are not limited to:
- PlayStation®4 & PlayStation®5
- Nintendo Switch™
- Google Play
- IOS APP Store
- Other app /game stores that are provided by a 3rd party on mobile devices or PC
1.3 Other Information Collected When You Use Our Services
When You use our products, we automatically collect other information, including:
- Mobile and other hardware or device identifiers;
- Browser information, including your browser type and language preference;
- Entry and exit pages, including login pages and pages visited;
- Platform type;
- IP address;
- Details about the Services You use and how You use the Services;
- Device event information, including crash reports, requested and recommended URLs, and system activity details;
- Error events such as any errors that occurred during your use of the game;
- Your purchase of virtual products of any type or other commercial events;

- Resource parameters such as the virtual currencies in the games which You receive or spend;

Wildfire may aggregate and/or analyze your in-game information to improve the overall Services. We hereby clarify that we will never make any decisions based on this analysis that will have legal effects concerning You or similarly significant effects on You. Our purpose is solely to provide You with a better user experience and thereby enhance our Services.
Should You wish for us to stop collecting or processing your personal data, You can request us to cease the collection and processing of your personal data at any time. Section 3 contains clear indication and measures of this policy.
- Power of consent
You have the option to decide whether to provide us with your personal information and whether that information can be shared. Generally, we only request the personal information necessary to provide the Service You requested. You may consent to our collection or withdraw your consent at any time. However, Wildfire cannot guarantee that these security measures are completely flawless. Additionally, we are not responsible for the disclosure of your personal information that results from your own disclosure of such information to the public and/or your improper use of our Services.
We will retain your information and data for no longer than necessary and for the duration of our agreement with You, unless we are legally obligated to retain your information, such as for resolving disputes, enforcing our Terms of Service or other user agreements, or complying with legal requirements. In such cases, your personal information will be restricted from further use for any other purpose.

A cookie is a small data file that Wildfire transfers to your mobile devices or computer’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes, typically to quickly identify a User’s devices and “remember” details about the User’s visit. Cookies are sent to your devices from the server when You access or view content of a Wildfire game. Information contained in a cookie may be linked to your personal information for purposes such as improving the quality of our Services, customizing recommendations based on your interests, and enhancing the usability of the Services.
You can disable cookies at any time, although this may limit your ability to use all parts or functionalities of the Services. Wildfire partners with third parties who provide us with analytics and marketing services. - Policy Regarding minors
We recognize a special obligation to protect personal information obtained from a young child.
